Italy.
Curated for You
We design bespoke Italian journeys for individuals, groups, couples, and families seeking more than sightseeing — those who want to taste, feel, and live the Italy most travelers never see.
See the Real Italy.
Each itinerary is thoughtfully curated around your style, interests, and pace, whether that means harvesting olives with a local family, cooking regional dishes alongside a village chef, or discovering tucked-away towns where tradition still shapes everyday life.
Tommaso Travels
Thoughtful Luxury, Tailored to You
I’ve seen it time and time again: people plan a dream trip to Italy, only to leave feeling... underwhelmed. Why? Because Italy —
a country built on slow food, genuine hospitality, and breathtaking detail — is also incredibly easy to experience the wrong way.In 2024, Over 70% of tourists stick to the same five cities. That means long lines, packed piazzas, forgettable food due to not knowing where to go, and a version of Italy that’s more "theme park" than soul-stirring.Italy is not about the price — it’s about access, authenticity, and care. Whether you’re planning a special splurge or a more mindful getaway, we design unforgettable Italian experiences that align with your budget, without compromising quality or depth.Start with a free consultation today

About Tommaso
Tommaso:
Chef & Italy Obsessed
My journey began in the kitchen. I trained as a chef in Italy, learning directly from regional cooks and local artisans understanding the soul of Italian cuisine from the inside out. That passion for the cucina italiana led me to the opportunity to compete on The Food Network, where I outchef'd my childhood culinary idol and celebrity chef, Andrew Zimmern. At Tommaso Travels, I bring this culinary background and insider knowledge together to create deeply personal trips rooted in authenticity, local connection, and unforgettable food and wine.

About Tommaso
My journey...
shaped by heritage
My love and passion for Italy starts with my heritage, and was intensified on my first trip to the country 10 years ago. Since then, I've been on an insatiable endeavor to learn everything I can about the places, foods, and beauty the country has to offer.I have spent the last seven years living off and on between Italy and Boston, spending time with family that I have in both countries. This exchange has given me so much — bilingual and cultural fluency, a depth of culinary understanding, and amazing relationships. In Boston, I grew up making homemade wine with my dad, the same way his grandfather did. In Italy, I practice how to turn simple into extraordinary — leading cooking classes, cooking at an agriturismo, and learning alongside locals. All if this, I now want to share with you.
